TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT. (ResortCom)
WELCOME TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR RESORTCOM.COM. BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON ON YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT(S) UNTIL YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
ResortCom International LLC may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on RESORTCOM.COM ("the Website"). The amended terms shall be immediately effective after they have been posted on the Website.
This Agreement applies exclusively to your access to, and use of, RESORTCOM.COM Website and does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with ResortCom or any other individual or entity.
Our Welcome to You. Welcome to RESORTCOM.COM, your on-line solution to accessing your accounts being serviced by ResortCom. You must have access to a computer with Internet access and a Secure Sockets Layer-compatible browser. This site is maintained and operated by ResortCom International LLC on a server located in a secure datacenter. Subject to the terms herein, you will generally be able to access your account through RESORTCOM.COM seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You may access your account to obtain balances, transaction history, make payments and obtain other information.
ResortCom DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER(S) ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
ResortCom reserves the right to change all content contained on the Website at any time without notice. Further, ResortCom may change the terms of this Agreement without notice at any time.
Your Safety and Security. You will be given an opportunity to create a Website password, which you may then change at your discretion. You are responsible for keeping your online password, account number(s), and other account data confidential. For your security, the Website uses 128-bit encryption and the Website has a Network Solutions certificate that certifies the site's identity so you know that your information is going where you intend it to go. ResortCom International shall not be responsible for the intentional or negligent acts of third parties unaffiliated with ResortCom International that result in financial losses or other damages to visitors to the Website. A session on the Website will timeout after 15 minutes if there is no activity.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY AVAILABLE REMEDY.

While ResortCom has tried to provide accurate and timely information, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and/or typographical errors, for we apologize. ResortCom reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice. If you review your account information and feel that something is in error, please contact us via the contact information provided with your account.
Our Privacy Commitment. ResortCom considers your privacy and the confidentiality of your account information to be of utmost importance. ResortCom does not, and will not, sell account information to an outside company for purposes of selling its products and services to you.

Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada. .By agreeing to these terms and conditions of use, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of this site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be struck from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Modification and Termination. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, ResortCom may, in its sole discretion, without notice, and at any time: modify or discontinue the RESORTCOM.COM site; modify, limit, suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Website, in whole or in part; and make changes to this Agreement. ResortCom does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Website. Please understand that operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside ResortCom's control.
